We have established a benefits hotline number specifically to provide support and information for Wipro folks in the path of incoming Hurricane Irma. The number is (800)850-8442. This hotline will be manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for the next few weeks. Employees and their families may call this number for assistance and information regarding their benefits.

Regarding your medical coverage, if you need:
- Help Finding a UHC Network Care Provider: Call customer care at (800)638-8024, which is also printed on the back of your medical ID card..
- Early prescription refills: You can fill existing prescriptions early (one time, 90-day refill)* if necessary. For mail-order delivery service to impacted areas or any other questions related to their prescriptions, we encourage you to call the pharmacy number on the back of your ID card, or speak directly to a pharmacist about their situation in order to get an early refill, if necessary.
- If you misplaced your medical ID cards, call 866-633-2446, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. (in your local time zone), Monday through Friday. If you have a smartphone you can also download the free Health4Me™ app, for instant access to your ID card, network care providers, your personal health benefits and more. It’s a free download at the Apple iTunes App Store® and the Android Market on Google Play™.
- There is a free emotional-support help line provided by Optum: Call 866-342-6892 toll free, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for as long as necessary. This service is free of charge and open to anyone. Specially trained Optum mental health specialists help people manage their stress and anxiety so they can continue to address their everyday needs. Callers may also receive referrals to community resources to help them with specific concerns, including financial and legal matters.
