  1. How do I qualify for remote work status?

September, 2017 Contingency – Hurricane Irma.  Your remote work status is determined by your department management, business needs, and your evacuation zone

  1. When will I receive my pay check?

HPS wants to ensure our employees are safe and prepared. We have taken the necessary steps to change the normal payroll schedule from Tuesday, September 12, 2017 to Friday, September 8, 2017. This is a one-time change to our payroll schedule to assist employees in this time of uncertainty

If you are enrolled in direct deposit or the ADP Aline card, expect to see funds deposited Friday, September 8, 2017

Employees receiving a live check will need to make arrangements to pick up their check at the Lakeview HR office. Checks are anticipated to arrive by 2:00 pm on Thursday, September 7, 2017

  1. Do I need to call out if the company is closed?

You will not be required to call out your absence for any days the company decides to remain closed. To check if the office is closed, please call 877-765-7911.

  1. What if the office is open, but I am not able to report to work, due to flooding or transportation problems, how will the attendance policy apply during Hurricane Irma?

Follow call out procedures if the office is open and you are not able to come to work. Absences or tardies during this time frame will not be counted towards corrective action process

  1. What if I report to the office on Monday and am not able to go back home, what support will HPS provide?

In case any of our employees are stuck in office and not able to return home, rest assured we will do our best to accommodate and ensure the safety of our employees before the situation improves.

  • Free services will be for anyone affected by Hurricane Irma including those that have evacuated outside of the area.
  • To receive a visit at no cost, patients will need to apply coupon code IRMA. Valid through September 22, 2017

Doctor on Demand:

  • UHC Members can download the Doctor On Demand app, here. Members can contact Doctor On Demand’s member support team at 1 (800) 997-6196.
  • Free services will be for anyone affected by Hurricane Irma including those that have evacuated outside of the area.
  • To receive the visit at no cost, patients will need to apply promotion code IRMA2017 to their account. Valid through September 15, 2017.
  • Doctor On Demand is covering the cost of the visit, so insurance will not be billed. This is a temporary change in allowing promotion codes to be used by patients with insurance
